I back slid 7x's last year and twice this year. I've been 7 days so far clean without porn. Not staring at beautiful women I see at work has helped me. "The eyes never get enough seeing", I think that's what gets us guys to seek porn online, after "just looking at girls walk buy us, it creeps into our minds.
