It was last summer when I started watching it. I wasn't thinking about what I was doing. I just watched a couple videos and stopped for about 3 months but then I saw an ad and my addiction came out again. I didn't start masturbuating until about 6 weeks ago but now I can't stop. I have tried using the internet less and other stuff but they didn't work. I need help.
